RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below before starting your return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed (trying on for fit is fine)
- Free of stains, odors (smoke, cologne, deodorant, etc.), and animal or human hair
- Returned in the original packaging, including the clear resealable bag with shirt tags attached
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, take photos and include them with your email. The same 30-day reporting window applies.
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

In the Body of Your Email, Include:
- Name
- Order number
- Order date
- Email address and/or phone number

- Reason for a refund request
- Exchange details (size, color, etc.)
- Whether an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (photos required)
Step 2: Ship Your Item Back
Shipping Labels
- For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Include a Note in Your Package
- Name
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Reason for return (Refund, Exchange, or Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item)
Hat returns: Please ship hats back in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds may take 1–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
Please include your exchange request in both your email and the note enclosed inside your return package.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
For eligible claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Reminder: Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
