Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, holidays, or other periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
